Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

We guarantee professional and high-quality cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will address your concerns and offer re-cleaning or a refund if applicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to premises at the scheduled time
• Inform us of any special cleaning requirements or allergies
• Secure or remove valuable items before service
• Not hold Extreme Cleaners liable for damage to items not specifically mentioned for cleaning

• Any incidents caused by customer negligence

7. Payment Terms

Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or digital payment methods. All prices are quoted at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the agreed scope.
